- KBKevin ButlerMar 6, 20251.0Pathetic. The former contract run post office was run efficiently and properly. The new USPS run office is a complete embarrassment. An employee wrongly put a block on my PO Box and all mail for the past two weeks was returned to sender. No accountability at all. If zero stars was an option I’d pick that. Always a 20-30 minute wait to get service at the counter. I now hate dealing with my mail due to the complete incompetence there.
