- SKSeth KucharskiAug 17, 20261.0I’m not even going to get into it but never again I’m stepping foot in that place. It’s funny how UPS can deliver stuff to your home no problem but the UPS Store won’t ship it back due to “regulations,” the company got my order wrong and told me just to send it back through a UPS Store. It was less than lethal magazines for my wife that were never opened and didn’t have any ammunition in them because the packages were never opened obviously. Kind of an oxymoron if you ask me, “we can deliver all this stuff to you but we can’t deliver it back.” I’m pretty sure the guy was being a jerk hiding behind some made up rules that he came up with on top of his head. I have the upmost respect for those UPS drivers but no respect for the Geek Squad at the UPS Store. So I threw the package away in the store and accepted my loss of around $80, now I have a big feeling that an employee there will retrieve the box from the trash and open it up because it was some pretty cool stuff, however that would be a federal offense on their part.

Treats every customer as if they are her only focus and does it with the brightest personality. Once I was there with a long line and she took care of all of them and everyone was impressed.
