- AAADyess086Sep 17, 20261.0I’ve been through 3 automated calls. Spoken with USPS call center representatives twice. Both gave me the direct number to the post office in Vicksburg. I’ve sat on hold waiting to speak to operator directly and the call ends. A great opportunity to improve would be at least answer the phone!!!
- KDKoury DillonAug 28, 20261.0This place never answers the phone. I literally called inside the office just to see if anyone will answer. No me and other customers listen to the phone ring. I’ve been trying to get a mailbox key for 4 weeks now. I went inside wrote my amen and phone number down to a person that was supposed to give me a call back to pick up a key. Totally unprofessional

- EMErica MarkhamMay 21, 20261.0my package was supposed to be delivered on may 8th or 9th. then it changed to the 11th. then the 13th. on the 18th, i realized i needed to schedule a redelivery. so i did, i was told it would be here the 19th. it didn’t show up. they then changed it to the 20th. it’s now the 21st & i can’t get another update. i do not want to have to come get my package. ESPECIALLY WHEN I PAID FOR SHIPPING. IT SHOULD BE ON MY FRONT STEP.
