Tracking says it was accepted at Tupelo West Main location but no tracking info after that. Employee said it must be stuck in Memphis location for some reason. So, one package is stuck in Memphis and the other package is delivered. Why is mail getting lost in Memphis? This cost me money. I guess I'll just have to start using UPS or FEDEX. Their prices are comparable to USPS Ground Advantage.

He knew his craft offered what would be best for my situation. He educated me how to track it on the internet and all of this with a never ending smile. This guy has my vote for giving a customer service class...nationwide. Well done sir and thank you.
