- GRGeorge RobinettMar 6, 20251.0I have had several ebay sales in the past 4 years get lost. Recently i dropped off 2 packages. One package was delivered the other lost. Tracking says it was accepted at Tupelo West Main location but no tracking info after that. Employee said it must be stuck in Memphis location for some reason. So, one package is stuck in Memphis and the other package is delivered. Why is mail getting lost in Memphis? This cost me money. I guess I'll just have to start using UPS or FEDEX. Their prices are comparable to USPS Ground Advantage.
- PPPhillybroOct 27, 20235.0Needed to mail a letter and track it. The Postal Clerk was very courteous and helpful to the point of you don't see customer service skills like that anymore. He knew his craft offered what would be best for my situation. He educated me how to track it on the internet and all of this with a never ending smile. This guy has my vote for giving a customer service class...nationwide. Well done sir and thank you.

Almost $100 to ship something just to be told they are behind 2 weeks and my package will not get to it destination on time. I shipped on November 30, 2020 and today is December 15, 2020. USPS is aware that they are behind yet you take our money. Don't let the customers know anything until after you take the money. Don't tell us how our packages are being shipped, just take our money. You can't get your money back.. So, you're just screwed. "Due to Covid" your packages are delayed. Sure! Any excuse will do. Why are ya'll still taking people money and lying when you know the facilities are backed up?
