- PMPam MorganSep 24, 20263.0I am not posting about a problem with my mail, but I do wish a live person would answer when I call. I have been calling for over two weeks, with no results. The tree limbs, in the area where you can use the mail drop boxes, are too low. You can not safely see to turn right or left as you leave. I have almost hit someone, because there is no clear view. The limbs need to be cut high above the street. I wish someone would answer when I call.
- DEDestiny EckleySep 8, 20261.0They have lost over $300 worth of my packages, rejected packages because they didn’t have me down for the P.O. Box I paid for (which I then had to show the receipt because they claimed they didn’t remember me so I must not have gotten one at their location) and every person will tell you something different about how they want you to do something. I was told I needed to wait for a package slip in my box before asking about a package , then when I never got a slip and 4 days went by I was criticized for not bringing it to them sooner. That package was missing 2 weeks before they found it. Then I just picked up a package on 9/8 that said it delivered 9/1–I never had a slip put in my box. A package I would still be waiting on if I hadn’t asked about it. Everyone seems to hate working here and they want to make it everyone else’s problem. Do not go in on Tuesday evenings as the gal working seems to be the most unpleasant and will dismiss you before you are even finished talking.
