- JAjames abbottJul 18, 20261.0Well I went last weekend system down understand that nothing you can do about that. I drive 20 miles to Starkville Saturday July 18 left the store at 9:15 still nobody in the store.called it says busy with a customer? Ok back at store it is 9:50 store sill not open.
- LFlexi FlewellenJul 18, 20261.0Unfortunately tried to go this morning to return two packages and the store still wasn’t open 15 minutes after they were supposed to be. Multiple people including me turned around and left. Just sucks that now we have to come back into town later.

It's not even showing as UPS having the package, much less being delivered. I called UPS. They have no evidence of it based on the tracking number and told me to call the Starkville store directly, which I just did and get nothing but a busy signal that cuts off. I had to drive 30 miles to get to this store. Niceness is great but competency is so much better and what I paid for and haven't gotten. And my mother needs what I'm trying to send her. This is unacceptable. (EDIT, to respond to the note below. I received communication from someone at the store last week about a possible solution and responded immediately and am awaiting a reply. This app doesn't enable me to comment in the reply below.)
