She was helping several customers at once, answering the phone, and keeping everything moving efficiently—all while maintaining a genuine smile and a positive attitude. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find employees who can multitask under pressure while still making every customer feel valued. Nicole handled a very busy store with professionalism, patience, and exceptional customer service. She is exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have, and I truly believe she deserves recognition—and a raise—for the outstanding job she does. Great employees like Nicole are hard to find, and The UPS Store is fortunate to have her.
