  More than once I’ve been expecting packages to arrive and on the day they’re out for delivery I’ll get a notification that they attempted delivery or said someone wasn’t home when I’ll be right there the whole time. Sometimes they won’t even drive by the house and just say they attempted. This morning, my husband was expecting a package and he got a notification from the shop app saying “no access to delivery location” and didn’t deliver the package yet they dropped off another piece of mail? This post office is lazy.

  i ordered an auto part on amazon on monday, of course they used usps as the carrier, and now they are having multiple delays on all deliveries, so for all of you who intend on placing any online orders in the future, i highly recommend the you make sure that you have multiple shipping options on checkout and if you do, i would choose either ups, fed ex or dhl as the carrier, you will get way better service from those three, united states postal service has become the worst carrier in the united states of america. privatization is pending and since it has stated pending, usps are beginning to go rouge and out of control until the new private company takes over and replaces all of the employees with their own. as of now i would give usps 0 stars if google would let me.

  The tracking on my package said it went out for delivery at 6:10 am. At 4:07 pm the message on the tracking page said Delivery Attempt, Held at post office, at customer request. I been home all day that I never seen delivery try to deliver the package. So next day I went to post office to get package and a Post master went looking for package didn’t find it and said let me call the carrier they not here, it is 8:20 that time. So tell me why do they said it’s out for delivery at 6:10 and the carrier not at work by 8. I asked the post master why my package didn’t get delivered and she said it was miss labeled. Nothing on package was mislabeled. And she said theirs nothing other than customer request for the mail to be held at the post office. They need to be fired by Trump already.

  Guy working the desk today (Aug 1) at around 3:30 PM had a bad attitude and disrespected both myself and the older gentleman in front of me. Hopefully he was just having a bad day, which I get it.. but super unprofessional. I walked out before I threw the attitude back at him and made matters worse.
