- FAFrancis AyresSep 15, 20261.0Lived here for 4 years in that time, I received a letter torn in 3 pieces and step on. Lost a package of medicine mailed to me, the whole package, Next package they cut open and took the pills. Now they refuse to delivery a package and report they can not access the address. There is never anyone that can help. They are worthless. And should be charged with federal crimes.

Around the end of October 2023, one of my packages went to the wrong house and I had to get it. That same day a lady put my other package in the mailbox. Why couldn’t she leave all the mail at one house? No one was going to steal it. Also, the day after Thanksgiving in 2023, I got a notification saying that there was no secure location available for my packages. No one attempted to bring my packages to my home which is frustrating. They left a note in the mailbox which is super dumb because people were at home. Already filed a complaint. I wish I didn’t have to have my mail be delivered by the post office. It’s frustrating.
