- RFRoxanne FosterDec 4, 20251.0I'd give it zero stars if I could. Never delivers on time. Continues to say tried to deliver, which is not true and sometimes never gets delivered at all. Now this happens for the 4th time and now says it was lost or damaged. No it was stolen. What do you do if first you cant trust regular drivers or people in general from stealing your packages, now you cant trust your own post office employees. This happend in Memphis too. My family and I was never getting our mail because in Plantersville it has to circulate through Memphis for some reason and I received a letter in the mail one day stating The USPS employee was stealing mail and has been terminated and after their investigation they will be mailing back the mail within 6 months. I only received a few old letters, bills, I never received any check cards, attorney papers or important mail, ever. There needs to be accountability and maybe a stricter hiring process, I mean something. And Saltillo isnt the only ones.

- SKSamantha KingJan 27, 20201.0This post office is horrible! It is literally a roll of the dice if I get my mail or not. They will not deliver packages that don’t fit inside the mailbox. There is a wonderful lady who does a phenomenal job, she drives a black Jeep, but anyone else servicing this area is horrible. I have a 100 dollar package out there somewhere and I have no idea where it is. Tracking says that it was refused twice on the same day and returned to sender. I personally never refused this package. My only guess is that the postal worker can’t read mailbox numbers and doesn’t know where they are delivering packages. I have received mail on so many occasions that is not mine. Most of these carries need to be replaced. It does not take a mathematician to match the numbers on a postage label with the corresponding numbers on a box. Get it together. I am literally tired of my packages being diverted to this post office. I would much rather prefer UPS keep my packages instead of diverting them to USPS, as I know I will receive them with UPS service.
