  It was alright. The area where you can drop off or bag your own was not stocked. I found the man at the counter can set the vibe. The 1st time around there was a friendly man there who appeared to like people and the last time I was there, there was a man who was abrupt with me. He told me to show him what I was seeing and insisted that my returns needed to be boxed up first and since there was a line behind me and he was so abrupt and appeared not to be helpful, I took the rest and went back to my car. I then came back in and showed him what I was seeing and was able to do 3 returns without boxing it up. His demeanor changed and when I left he told me to have a good day. But he didn't care if I had a good day before then and tried to make me feel stupid. I left pissed off. With that said, hiring people who are professional and courteous in any circumstance is necessary to maintain a business. I would not come back to that UPS after that treatment.

  I’d made an appointment online for a notary and to get fingerprints done. This location said they provided both of those things on the website, so I booked an appointment. When I arrived, the older man in there was rude and wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. He talked over me as well when I was trying to explain what the website said. He told me, “I know what the website says, but we don’t do that here” in a nasty tone. I won’t be back to this location ever again.

  This store is always very friendly and has nice cold air-conditioning. Very clean great customer service.

  If you're going in for the notary don't bother with the online appointments, guy doesn't get in until at least 12.
