Mail delivery has really been crap for awhile. Mail constantly going to wrong addresses, alot lately. Obviously people need to le a rn to read! Yesterday, my medicine was delivered to the wrong address. Purvis Post Office really needs to get it together. Incompetency at its finest!!!

Everyone who works at this post office is incredibly rude and hardly helpful. They should go ahead and retire and let younger/kinder people work there. Not to mention THEY have lost 2 things I’ve dropped there in the past month. They take 0 accountability and they have 0 issue disrespecting the people who come in there. Which is pretty on par for government workers but the post office used to have a much higher standard. I’ll ship and do business through hattiesBurg as opposed to supporting my local post office seeing as they’re old, rude and bitter.

I have to say this is my favorite post office location. I know that sounds odd to have a favorite post office but I opened my small business about 6 months back and visit a lot of different USPS spots dropping packages off. Louisiana I stopped off because I was headed to a party and that location (very small) couldn't figure out how to take a prepaid international package. Struggled with it and gave up. My two Hattiesburg locations are nice enough but are often really understaffed and unwilling to grab me mailing supplies. I don't blame the folks at the counter, I think management is the culprit here. In Purvis they get me in and out. If I ask for help with something they knock it out really fast. They can always get my stuff shipped off with no problem. They will go into the back to get me shipping boxes/envelopes and not treat me like I'm being a bother. I really like everyone I have met over there, no one has been rude or short with me. I really appreciate it too, I wish I would have thought to start coming here a long time ago. It took me being on vacation and staying at the house to use this location and I haven't regretted it once.

How is it that everytime I have a package , it gets marked for animal interference . When there is no animals around . Post office workers are lazy and need to do better
