The postal workers in my area 39573 have done a poor job to say the least for quite sometime now. Today was just the final straw for me. We get mail that is not ours all the time, the mail we are sending seems to get lost quite frequently, and now they come through our area and don't even pick up our mail and the flag is clearly up. Lastly, you cannot get anyone on the phone with the 1-800 #. The local # is not a working # anymore. Completely ridiculous our tax dollars pay for this poor excuse for the USPS

Why has my package been floating there being scanned for days and now it's back to the prior location???? I live in Ohio but it seems like something corrupt is going on here. How they get by with it is beyond me.

Apparently this post office is illegally throwing away mail that is being routed to be returned to sender. I’ve looked it up and if the mail has a return address then it is supposed to be sent back to the sender, not thrown away. We have been told this by 2 different mail delivery carriers & I’m told that if we return mail back to the sender then they will stop sending us mail, but if the post office is illegally throwing away federally protected mail then this creates a loop that never ends, kinda like the 1800 number below that absolutely refuses to let you speak to a human being, regardless of what you say..

I would like to know why this post office serves so many rural areas that are not even in its county. I've heard it goes way back to horse and buggy days. Anyone have any insight? I grew up in Necaise Crossing, but this was always our post office. I've never been to the actual building. We've always had nice mail men and ladies. Whenever you get a new person they mix a few things up, but that's too be expected. Our old mail lady would even let me leave change in the mailbox and she would take my letters or packages. I would just leave a few bucks and she would make change. I thought that was so cool.

I only gave it a one start because you can't leave a review without one. I've had several packages refused to deliver when nobody at my house refused any package. I called and they didn't have an explanation as to why it was refused, only that whoever lived at my house refused a previous package so that meant all other mail would be refused in the future. I have no idea where they get this information but someone is always home and we accept all packages that are delivered at my home. I think the postal worker is lazy and just doesn't want to bring the packages to the door step. Most times she'll sit in her truck, talking on the phone or ring the doorbell when we have a sign on the front door not to do that. This post office is horrible and has no idea how to do their job.
