- CFCore FriskJul 6, 20261.0Came in to take care of a postal matter today and the lady working your counter clearly needs some therapy because her aggression towards younger women for absolutely no reason at all is an issue. I can't believe she has such a public job and treats others the way she does. The world needs more kindness not bitter people making it worse. Completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I have ran multiple businesses and I fire people that hate their jobs. She clearly does not want to be there or care about customer service. How many people need to complain?

- EGEmily GreenDec 4, 20251.0I know you have seen the previous reviews. I enjoy going to the post office but when I have to deal with the certain postmaster “Dedra” it is an absolute nightmare. She seems like she hates her job she is constantly rude on one occasion even smacking my phone with it is STILL IN MY HANDS…all because I was telling her the carrier was putting packages in an unlocked parcel locker which without taking my word requested video proof… thank goodness I had it and the issue still has not been fixed, it’s been 2 months of having an unlocked parcel locker... She has no customer service skills. On the second occasion of having to speak with this lady I had my 5 year old son with me and even a 5 year old when we walked out said “mommy why is she so mean” a 5 year old….no respect. I will be filing a formal complaint. This is an unacceptable way to treat the public.
