  The employees have always been so friendly here until today. There were employees working that I had never seen before, and they were the most unfriendly people. No greeting when I walked in the door even though I was the only person in there. They just looked at me and continued talking. I asked a question to the boy that waited on me, and he didn’t even answer me, just stared at me! I had to ask again, and he still barely answered & had attitude when he did. No friendliness from him nor the girl. He barely acknowledged me at all! I am so disappointed because I’ve never had an issue with this store before!

  Very unorganized and they overcharged me several times. Every time I visited was not satisfied at all. You are better off going to a different UPS store

  Place is an unorganized wreck 1 employee. Lost multiple packages highly recommended not going here. place has cost me a lot of money already. Employee just plays on the phone and just useless

  Definitely need a new manager. Personality of rock, not friendly at all. I miss the Ocean Springs UPS.

  My husband and I had 2 very heavy packages and I needed to get return labels printed for them. The 2 young men working today not only helped with this but went above and beyond. I wish I had gotten their names. Thank you for your patience, you made this return a breeze
