One got delivered and now I'm waiting on the other package that has been at this facility since Dec 15, and here it is Dec 27 with no package or updates. It shows the package is "in transit". I live 3 hrs away and could have driven to pick this up by now. Ridiculous!

My package came from OH and when Oxford got it they sent it BACK to OH. What sense does that make??? And they never answer the phone!!!!
