  This is by far the worst UPS store in the area. Every other store, the staff are all very nice and helpful, but one of the women in this store is rude and flat out ignores you when you are just dropping off a pre-labeled package.

  Savannah and Shaine are the people who make this UPS store so amazing. They are always smiling, helpful, and quick. I personally schedule my drop offs for when I know they will be typically working.

  Had a wonderful experience today at the UPS store in Olive Branch. Nichole and Keisha helped me copy and print some text and mail a package! They were friendly, helpful ,and waited on everyone with a smile! They were very busy but took the time to show me how to export the material I needed. I would highly recommend them both!

  I love the Self Help Kiosk for my Amazon drop offs! The store staff is more than willing to help you learn how to do these yourself. And I learned something new today; the Kiosk will also scan my already packaged and labeled returns as well! Definitely my favorite location to return items

  Updated Edit: I frequent this location about once every week because it is convenient for my location. EVERY time I go in there, nothing has changed about Carol’s attitude. I am writing this on September 13th, 2026 for reference to tell you all that she is the same grouch. When I mention her to the other employees they all get quiet because they have nothing good to say about her. That should speak for itself. I agree with Erica. Carol is extremely grouchy, she has no patience, and she is extremely racist behind customer’s backs once they leave. I have overheard her in the back telling a coworker something along the lines of how mexican people specifically should not come to the store if they cannot speak english. With every single complaint throughout the years about Carol and her horrible customer service, she should be fired immediately. It would not be a shocker if the owner of this store was just as racist and rude, the way they do not try to correct Carol’s behavior. However, if you want GREAT customer service, I highly recommend going to every other person who works there. Just not Carol.
