  This store used to be phenomenal with great service from start to finish. Now you can go in at peak time around 5pm and they have one worker and the line is extremely long. Worst decision ever to have one worker at 5pm.

  I am FURIOUS!! I came in today 7/10/26 to make a return. I was notified that the system was down and the 2 employees were not able to scan my QR code for the return. I was advised to come back later. I sat out in the parking lot for 10 mins just to watch customers go in with their package to be scanned, & come out w/ no problems. Mind you the employees were 2 white women as well as the customers that came in after me for the same service!!! I go back in to ask why were the customers of another race packages could be scanned but not mines. Their response was to come back later!!! I asked for supervisors number, they refused to give it to me. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB on behalf of this location!!!

  Thanks “so” much to the ladies in this store for helping me as they did! Saved me $ for their efforts. Don’t see this kind of customer service much any longer!! AGAIN a great BIG THANK YOU! 😊

  Brought 3 windows to get sent back to Amazon and only 2 windows showup on my return and no one answers the phone
