- IIIvana Shelby (IvysWorld)Aug 21, 20261.0Horrible customer service I ordered boxes from the post office to ship off my Depop orders and was given priority mail boxes.when I tried to ship an order the men at the front desk rudely explained to me I can’t use my boxes because my label was a ground label. Even though they supplied me with boxes and have been shipping my orders off with those labels attached to priority boxes for months. He was aggravated with me because I was explaining to him that the post office have been doing this for months. He told me whatever ma’am let me just write a note so they don’t pick any packages up from your home. I told him I have dropped them off here as well and no one said anything about me having the wrong boxes. I ended up paying for a big mailer bag to send my package off and leaving. Worst attitude and inconvenient.

I was expecting a letter addressed to me and was shown on informed delivery to be delivered was not delivered. Of 3 pieces of mail showing to be delivered only 1 piece was delivered. Mail for other neighbors have been delivered to this box and mail for here has been delivered to neighbors.
