I live right by this post office and had to have mail resent to me twice, ultimately having to use UPS. I received zero concern or help from the staff. I even had a supervisor from Gulfport post office send an email to Carl Tart the post master and he never responded. I was told twice the issue would be looked into and get a call back...that never happened. I was told that I don't receive a lot of mail anyway. What does that matter? Mail is mail junk or not!! I only heard from Carl Tart after I called and made a complaint with the 1 800 number. This post office needs a complete over haul for staffing and supervision!! The staff has a very I don't give a care attitude about the citizens and our mail.
