- ADAmber DouglasNov 8, 20221.0Don't use business reply mail if this is your post office. They hold it and I have finally been able to prove it. This has been going on for years. I just received my BRM that is postmarked 10/12/22 and 10/14/22. They printed the summary on 10/20/22 and gave us the mail on 11/8/22. These are time sensitive pieces. Absolutely unacceptable! These pieces cost 3x as much as first class and take weeks to get to you (even when returned within Mississippi). I tried to call them, but nobody answered and there was no voicemail. It just disconnected.
