It wasn't just with me I heard her act "NICETY" with some college students who were trying to be respectful. She rudely exchanged words with them that prompted them to respond "they were there because the campus UPS had closed". She unneccesarily asked "do you want me to play the violin" . Adults like her make it so hard for our youth to be respectful. Instead of her helping them responsibly take care of their business , she burdened them expressing her misery about how she'd had a bad day. She proceed to tell me that "She didn't know if a coloring BOOK" was a book. Please go elsewhere...I DID!

The clerk and poster master are not knowledgeable on services offered by this post office. I will leave it at that. However, Ms. Betty is great, so sad she has to work with the others.
