Then they sit there for days and usually get missorted to another post office which further delays delivery. Can we please just shut this dump down and stop wasting taxpayer money to prop up this poorly managed location? There is no accountability at the Jackson post office. Shut it down and we will have better service.

Having to send out duplicate packages because the shipping partner I am suppose to trust just receives the packages but never delivers. This is horrible. - KKKatherineJul 6, 20261.0I understand New Orleans being chaotic after the storm and my package being misplaced but for weeks is actually crazy then they send it to this post office and now it’s lost for another couple of weeks… I don’t even know why it was sent to this one when I live in Hammond and when I try to ask about my package they just say it should be on the way.. when exactly 😭I just want my package.
