- KKKatherine3 days ago1.0I understand New Orleans being chaotic after the storm and my package being misplaced but for weeks is actually crazy then they send it to this post office and now it’s lost for another couple of weeks… I don’t even know why it was sent to this one when I live in Hammond and when I try to ask about my package they just say it should be on the way.. when exactly 😭I just want my package.

Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe this place. I will start paying premium prices to have sellers ship through another carrier.
- MLMyles LoweJun 4, 20261.0I leave reviews no matter where I go, all of the time. If I want to leave a one-star review, I just will not review it at all. You know, like mom always said, if you don't have anything positive to say, don't say anything at all. Well, this is going to be my first one-star review. This is not from one solitary experience, but from multiple negative experiences. Sure, mail is not what it used to be because online marketplaces did not exist, but we have to adjust with the times. When I send mail from here, it never gets to where it needs to be by the time it needs to get there. Additionally, I'll pay for express and priority. I am, currently as of June 4th 2026 waiting on mail to get to a car dealership that I had sent from the distribution center, and my tracking information says it has been at the distribution center for 5 days. I am at a point to where I would just rely on UPS or FedEx. Understaffing is not the fault of the employees that work there... So, I don't know who to blame. As a precursor, this review is written with an indignant heart. I'm just tired of the bad experiences. I don't know if it's laziness, understaffing, or incompetence. What I do know is that I'm just tired of whatever "IT" is that causes everyone to hate this place.

Seems like the people working there do not care at all and just want government jobs with the least effort. Yea I said it. Like I said, about 50% of the time my packages get sent to other states before finally getting sorted correctly.
