I also -very much- do not want to leave a negative review, but even using the dropoff is apparently no longer safe. I had packages returned to me with hand-written notes complaining of non-existent problems. She has never been rude to me like others claim, and I have nothing against her personally, but Phyllis single-handedly makes this one post office the only post office I avoid using. She habitually goes go out of her way to prevent packages from being shipped. It honestly seems like a pathological desire to control and nitpick. Avoid this post office as long as Phyllis is working there. I take NO pleasure in posting this review but I’m sick of being punished for attempting to use the neighborhood post office.

Every review on here is about PHYLLiS… It’s time for Louis: Postmaster General of the United States and Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Postal Service or who ever needs to step in to make a change! It’s time for her to retire. Every visit she tells u how u should ship ur package. It’s sad that we have to go to other locations to avoid her. A 5 minute post office trips turns to 30 with her. Also any review that was posted and is not 1 star it was written by her. So reading those tells you the type of mouth she has. I recorded everything so definitely have all the proof I need!

Ms. Phillis’s service is the best experience and is the best clerk and manager the postal service has!! Everyone that has a problem with her attitude and left a bad review is just Karen’s that can’t get their way. In the three years I have lived here and had my PO Box here she has been great. The post office is not a place to let your kids run around as the manager she is responsible for making sure no one gets hurt. Your kid running around knocking stuff off the shelves so someone else can trip on it is dangerous. If your kid knocks over something and you are too lazy to pick it up then she has to stop doing her job helping people to clean up your mess. As the postal service was required by the CDC to post the 6ft signs and post another sign telling you that you have to wear a mask and stand 6ft apart. If you can’t read and follow directions she will tell you about yourself. Packages go through a machine and if your package isn’t packed correctly then not only do you risk your package getting lost you also risk it getting damaged. I can say in my all my years of online ordering I have had several packages lost or damaged and I can say that no even one has been in the last three years at this post office. I work 8:30am to 5pm and so I wasn’t having to rush in and rush out Ms. Phillis went above and beyond by having me print and sign a card to put on file so they can scan my packages delivered so I can pick my packages up before or after hours without having to wait for the post office to open or have to stand in line. Ms. Phillis runs a tight ship and if you Karen’s can’t follow rules then you need to go to another post office. Ms. Phillis knows what she is doing she’s been doing this job for over 35 years. As far as cell phones go, their system is old because face it the postal service never updates anything so yeah just like your cell phone messes with old radios and air planes it messes with their system too!! Just be respectful, stand on the floor dot with your mask on, put the cell phone down, put your kids in check, and properly package your item and you will never have a problem!!! AKA STOP BEING A KAREN!!!!

They have the best postal staff, sometimes it's a wait but well worth it for the friendly, smiling faces coming from behind the counter.
