  Customer service is top tier. Started a new business venture and the lady who helped me...didnt catch her name but she was very helpful and informative. She didn't have to be but she was!!

  I went in to this location on Friday to ship a package to my daughter, there was a clerk assisting a gentlemen in front of me with a huge box that looked worn out with tape not neatly put. Another clerk was finishing up taping a box. Another customer walked up then the clerk finishing up sought to serve either of us. I told the female customer who walked in that she could go in front of me. I noticed the gentleman being serviced by the other clerk just standing there and the clerk watching me and smiling with a smirk. The other clerk finished up with the female customer. Then I tell her I wanted a price of what it would cost to ship items to my daughter. She asked for my daughters address. As I was giving her my daughters address, I noticed the gentlemen being served by the other clerk was standing there listening and texting on his phone. The clerk serving him was still glaring at me with a smirk smile. The clerk serving me asked for my address. I gave it to her and told her I needed to wait for a response from my daughter to see if she wanted to have me pay that much because she was going to reimburse me. The clerk was pushy for me to hit a button to confirm to ship it. I told her never mind. My daughter was not responding to the text. The gentlemen just walked out of the store with the box. I stated thats odd. He didnt ship his box. The clerks just looked at me smirkingly. Be careful. We do not know who stands by to gather your information and clerks may or may not be aware of who is getting your data. It was a peculiar experience. Just odd.
