- TTTommy TurnerMay 2, 20251.0I wish I could give them a zero!! Tracked my package from California all the way to Hickory Flat, MS via Memphis, TN on May 1st. It was "processing" at Hickory Flat all day Friday, May 2nd. I was patiently waiting to see that it was "out for delivery" anxious to get my package that day, when after checking the status one more time that afternoon, I found that it had mysteriously returned to Memphis!! The USPS is absolutely the worst delivery system available today!! By far! I can remember when they had integrity, through rain, shine, sleet, or snow! Not anymore!
- CGC. Wright GreerNov 17, 20231.0The staff is not professional at all and the hours of operation are an absolute joke. The facility is clean and that is the only positive attribute. The staff is content with doing the bare minimum. I saw an elderly lady try and return an item and she had no means of printing the return label at home. The staff member could have offered to print it for her via email but did not even offer that “extra” service. Pathetic !
