- HPH P6 days ago1.0I have a package now that says it’s ready for pick up but I was home all day yesterday and no one knocked at my door. Even if I wasn’t home, the package did not need to be signed for so why is it ready for pick up? All you had to do was leave it at my door! Now I need to pick it up because you say you couldn’t reach me? BS!!!

All we're trying to do is locate our mail, we don't need your nasty attitudes. It's not gonna change a thing or make your lives easier. Furthermore, STOP PUTTING IN THE SYSTEM THAT OUR MAIL IS DELIVERED WHEN IT'S NOT. Your carriers gotta do better, misplacing mail is ridiculous!!! We all go through things at work, that doesn't warrant unprofessional conduct. Understand you'd feel the same way about your personal belongings being mishandled.
