So I was trying to retrieve my other tracking numbers so she could look for them. She stated “you’re holding my line up you need to hurry up”. Extremely rude for no reason. Directed me to her supervisor. The supervisor located them and sent me back to Amanda. When Amanda was trying to process the packages out to me she had to ask someone else how to do it. Very rude and doesn’t know how to do her job. Why is she even here? lol

- MJMark JohnsonJun 16, 20261.0DROP BOXES ARE LOCKED. BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE! Terrible, declining post office. The last two days in a row, their gigantic drop boxes have been locked for no reason. The bins are empty, they have it locked for no reason, or maybe because they're lazy and don't like us business owners dropping off tons of mail. They always take several days to scan in packages, making me late and hurting my business. If you have an ecommerce business, do not waste your time here! Always crowded in parking lot, always huge long line with one employee working, and now you can't even drop off packages in their drop boxes. Be prepared to stand in line for 30+ minutes making your prepaid ready to drop off packages pointless. Go to the Saucier post office 15 min north on 49 or to the other Gulfport or Pass Christian post offices. Don't waste your time at this chaotic nightmare. I'd rather go the extra drive to be in and out and actually be able to use the drop boxes at the other normal post offices.
