  These guys were AMAZING! Roman, Trey, Damian were incredible. I happened to hit them right at the lunch rush with a lot of returns, and they were so calm and efficient and friendly and helpful. Everyone was so kind, and made the crowd very bearable and moved through everyone quickly.

  I’ve been using this UPS Store for about 8 years for both paid shipments and returns (Amazon, Temu, etc.), and I’ve generally overlooked one consistent issue, customer service has never felt particularly friendly. I don’t expect over-the-top service, but interactions here often feel rushed or dismissive. That said, I’ve continued coming back because things usually get handled correctly. Unfortunately, my most recent experience changed that. I brought in a Temu return. The associate scanned my QR code and then let me know my packaging wasn’t sufficient and I needed to repackage it. That was completely fine, I understand requirements need to be met. However, the return was not properly canceled after being scanned. I later received a notification that my item was already in transit, even though I still had it in my possession. After repackaging, I returned to the store and was told my QR code had been “voided.” I explained the situation, showed them that it WAS NOT voided and even showed them that Temu believed the return was already in progress and in transit to them. At that point, I was hoping for some guidance or acknowledgment of what may have happened. Instead, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and to contact Temu. There was no explanation or attempt to help resolve what appeared to be a store error of processing this and canceling it in their system. I understand that mistakes happen in any business. What matters most is how those situations are handled. A bit of communication, ownership, or even a simple apology would have made a big difference here. As a long-time customer, this was disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages a more helpful and solution-oriented approach in the future.
