  They resell used boxes, service is slow and they will always give you the most expedition first

  Fantastic service from Romon. Helped us with our packages and was courteous and made our large drop off of packages a great experience. Best ups store staff i have encountered.

  I pretty much go here for Amazon returns. The service is hit and miss. Some of the staff are not very friendly. Oh well.

  Poor customer service and a complete waste of my time. I called and ask if they provided notary services. The man who answered the phone stated they did and they did not close until 6pm. I drove over 30 minutes just to get there at 5:25pm to be told that they could not do any more notaries today because they had other things to do before closing, although there was only one other customer in the store. The younger male worker acknowledged that he spoke with me over the phone and what he told me, but the other worker stated they still couldn't do it until the next day. This was completely unacceptable and could have easily been avoided if I was informed over the phone.

  I have relied on this store for several years to send a return countless packages and have always found the store adequately staffed with friendly knowledgeable, representatives make my visit quick and pleasant every time
