  They lied and said they couldn't make contact with me at my apartment number, a. I live in a house thats 45 mins away from where your claiming you tried delivering. After reading these reviews im starting to think this location absolutely lies and steals people packages

  If I could put zero stars I would. This branch is absolutely awful as exemplified from the many 1 star reviews. I was supposed to receive a package on Friday, which then got delayed to Saturday. Saturday it was marked as delivered, but it was not. After multiple calls with Fed Ex customer service (which is also terrible), it is now Tuesday night and I have not received my package. Apparently, the driver hasn’t even attempted to deliver it. This all says a lot about this company and the cruel irony is, I never asked for the package to be delivered by Fed Ex. That was just the company Wal Mart uses. Fed Ex is a stain on society and I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Not only to report the inadequacies of this branch, which doesn’t appear to be managed well at all, but also to report the member of the escalation team, who I called for help, hanging up on me. (And for the record I did not call him any expletives. At most I badgered him for a resolution and compensation from Fed Ex for all of this trouble and added stress. So essentially, I held a zillion dollar company accountable for their actions.) I look forward to call Fed Ex and the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.

  Packages get delayed multiple days in a row. Getting notifications that it’s “out for delivery” only to be told it’s going to be another 2 days before it’s delivered. So I waited all day today only to be told it’s going to be another 2 days. Inefficient and unprofessional

  Lying about attempted delivery and facilities being closed. They said they attempted a deliver at 10:23 even though it wasn't even 09:00 when that update appeared in the app. They also stated the facility was closed yet here I am standing inside of it talking with one of the representatives at the delivery site and they state not one driver has shown up all day. So great job FedEx on lying your real great at it. I will be filling a claim against your office with corporate.
