  Worst customer service I’ve even experienced! I believe they stole my package and marked it as delivered. They didn’t provide proof of delivery ( a picture) or a location where they delivered ( front of my door or the mailbox) I received packages to my home quite often and all of a sudden when it’s coming from Greenville it never makes it

  I drove 45 miles to get to this store on Friday, July 24. When I arrived at 11:40 am, the store was closed. I left returned at 3:30pm, the person that notorized papers wasn't there; I was told he come in at 4pm. I returned at 4:08pm and was told that he just left and they were unsure when he would return. I will never use this store or UPS again, this was a waste of my time and gas. If your employees are scheduled for a shift, they should be on the premise. I was very disappointed with the service.

  Hey, I heard that the Greenville ups store has a notary. I've been trying to use this service since June of 2025 and it's now July 2026. I called several time to see if the person who notarize had made to the store. They never showed. I wouldn't recommend

  Carmen at the UPS Store in Greenville provided exceptional customer service. I called with a question, and although she didn’t know the answer right away, she took the initiative to find the information and called me back promptly. Her willingness to go the extra mile and follow through made a great impression. It’s refreshing to receive such attentive and dependable service.   Stayed in store almost an hour and nobody ever came to the front. It was two people waiting in front of me, and I know they were there longer than that. Nobody ever came to the front, even after we asked was anybody back there. The doors were unlocked also so I knew somebody was in there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
