    Stayed in store almost an hour and nobody ever came to the front. It was two people waiting in front of me, and I know they were there longer than that. Nobody ever came to the front, even after we asked was anybody back there. The doors were unlocked also so I knew somebody was in there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

    Good day. I went to this store to send an important item, and they told me it was at the Jackson location. After a month, I called UPS and they informed me that my package was lost. It's absurd that packages get lost. Note: Packages sent there often get lost when the girl prints a sheet of paper instead of the sticker.

    No one answers the phone, they can't answer any questions about anything having to do with their operations and our mail has been coming MONTHS late or NOT AT ALL. This is a terrible place, mismanaged and to many incompetent people behind the desk. I would suggest going somewhere else if you can, or don't use their mail boxes at all.

    I sent a package on the 30th of last month and the package should arrive on Feb 3rd and it was not delivered. It was returned back to me and I don't know why. Now it's saying it's at the ups local facility for processing and it hasn't been shipped out yet for delivery back to me and today is the 6th of the month. To my understanding of what happened is that the person who is responsible for delivering my package STEAL IT!!!! and having it returned back to me. FOR NO REASON WHY!!!!
