  This store handles business like a BOSS! They are very organized, friendly, professional, and move at lightning speed. So many times I'd walk in and the line was extremely long but these ladies seem to hustle so quickly that it didn't take long at all to get my returns processed. The manager, Sherrie, is amazing and knowledgeable and she gave me a few tips on packaging up my items for efficiently. Since the Bienville location was quickly shut down a few months back, this location has been my go-to and I am thankful that I found them!

  I ordered some things and went out of town. I was going to return the day after they arrived here. We got back at around 4 am but still had to go to the Laundromat and do other stuff, so we didn't get to sleep until around 9 am. My son has been really sick the last few days (not with anything contagious) and I struggled to get here by 6:30 before they closed because I was taking care of him.. I arrived at 6:28 I walked in and nobody else was in there, no other customers. I told them I was picking up packages for (my box number) so they could grab them while I grabbed the slips they leave in my box. There were 3 slips. They handed me 3 items. I left and it was 6:30. They locked the door behind me. I came to my car and that's when I realized something was wrong. I bought a portable dvd player and it was not included in my packages! Plus another thing I ordered. But there were only 3 slips in my box and I got 3 items. Now I'm going to have to take time AGAIN TOMORROW to come back (and leave my son while he's sick) and get it resolved! My other dvd player stopped working. I'm the kind of person who loves to watch movies before I sleep. So not having my dvd player has disrupted my daily routine. I was really excited to get this replacement. The hours here are for the company, not for the convenience of the customer. Most ups stores are open on Sundays for at least a few hours but this one is closed. And they close at 6:30 pm most of the rest of the week. People have to rush here from work or come right after work, when there's a Million other people doing the same thing. Where I'm from the ups store is open until 7, but even that isn't great. They're located in a cell phone dead zone area. For some reason this whole several block or maybe even a mile radius is a dead zone for cell service. When I have tried to look up info on my packages I am met with long, and sometimes never, loading issues. Why would you choose to have a business in an area that is going to create issues for customers? A lot of people do not feel safe connecting to unsecured WiFi. Idk if this place even offers it. One of the workers even said everyone has issues around here. They force u to either do a 6 month or 1 year term. Those are your ONLY options. You can't do month to month, two months, or even 3. I only need this mailbox for a short time, but I had no other choice than to pay for 6 months. I'm sure they make a lot of money off of that when people don't need it for that amount of time, but still need to get their mail and packages. It also takes them a long time to have your packages ready. A couple of times I've been here when it said my packages were delivered in the morning, I came around 6 pm, and they hadn't even processed the slips for my mailbox. I had to tell them I got a message that I had packages and they had to find them for me. Maybe they're overworked. Maybe they need to hire more help. But based on my experience, I don't recommend them.

  Went to the counter because I had a drop off asked for a receipt and without me even asking the lady at the desk let me know when my shipment will go out. Keep in mind. I never come to this location. I usually go to the one that is closest to me and they have never told me when it goes out so I really appreciated that so much wanted to leave a review.

  After driving a hour to get a paper notarized after i was told a notary would be on the clock till 5 ...was told at 3:58 by the notary that she was off the clock ...wasn't even told sorry after I explained they told me to come on in and that I just drove a hour ...very unprofessional
