- AMAlex McColmanSep 9, 20265.0The young lady that runs the Columbus location is really on her game. Never had a problem getting anything shipped to and she always helps everyone. Really an asset to the community.
- JAJeff AndrewsSep 1, 20261.0I understand people need stuff made. Today I get behind a fella needing business cards made and another needing laminated posters made. There are only two employees. So instead of one employee doing all the graphics work they both stop helping the line that now is running out the door. I mean even the one laminating could help a customer between lamination as each one takes a couple minutes to run through the machine. Finally at the counter and am told they can't help me because my letter is to a PO Box not a physical address. Who knew. Nothing like wasting 45 watching the decline of the work force in full bloom! Not even a sorry for it taking so long. UPS Stores customer service is a JOKE!! If you don't need to go there I wouldn't.
