- JHJa'Myla HoganJun 5, 20261.0I came in today to mail an official, prepaid Nielsen Radio Survey diary envelope, but the counter employee caught a major attitude, gave completely incorrect information, and flat-out refused to do her job. She falsely claimed that because my home address was on the label as the sender, it could not be shipped and would just return to my house. She then stated she "wasn't about to scan anything" without a physical stamp, completely ignoring the fact that the envelope features an official, prepaid Business Reply barcode that electronically contains the destination address and pays for the postage. This employee CLEARLY needs immediate training on modern barcode technology, prepaid return policies, and basic customer service if she swears she’s “been working there for over 20 years.” I see why no one comes here.

Their carriers throw packages down on the ground or leave them in tree shrubs or behind cars. You never know. They continue to leave the wrong key for the parcels and this has cost me over $175.00. God forbid, don''t try and call them because they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and if you are lucky to get someone on the phone, they are VERY rude. For the last two days, I have been trying to call but to no avail. The carrier left the wrong key once again!!! And I DO NOT HAVE 2 PACKAGES THAT WERE DELIVERED. Bad, bad service!!!
