- OMOctazia MorrowJun 23, 20251.0HORRIBLE!! They placed my package in the parcel locker but the key in another persons P.O. Box. My package missing and all they have to say is go online they said it’s no cameras to rewatch them no number to give me nothing but go online! I started sending my packages to the P.O. Box thinking it’s more secure cause they wasn't getting delivered to my address. I honestly dont understand how it could go wrong at the P.O. Box maybe it’s time for some retirement in there!

One made it to its destination, the other? The last time it was scanned was feb 20th at the same location i dropped it off at. It’s now March 3rd- no one will answer the post office phone, they close at 4:30 (long before real people get off work at 5), close at lunch, and don’t open until 8:30 in the mornings?! Thanks for nothing, Byram post office. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!!
- DND. NorwoodFeb 6, 20181.0The service is HORRIBLE. One older customer ser rep at the counter is RUDE and seem to always have an attitude. I NEVER get packages delivered on time as expected even though the tracking history says out for delivery. Been receiving packages at my business for 6 years for them to tell me I don't have a mailbox. If that was the case, the doors to the business is open so do they not get out of their truck if the package cant fit in the mailbox?? Giving a 1 star is too much.
