  I frequent this location bc we live so far out and Amazon is hit or miss. The staff has always been very polite and efficient, even when there are numerous people in line. I trust them with any of my packages that can’t make it to my doorstep. Keep up the great work and positive attitudes.

  The UPS store in Brandon one particular girl her name is Diamond was absolutely precious. She was very knowledgeable. She helped me with seven items and she helped me with each one with patience kindness, sweetness if all establishments had an employee such as her with a great personality, we all would have it going thank you Diamond for being so sweet and helpful.

  This location is the best around, in my opinion, and I frequent 3 different locations. There’s rarely ever a long wait even if the place is packed, and the staff is always extremely kind.

  They never seem to be open in the mornings when they say that they're open. The website gives a time that they open I think the door gives a different time and when I go by there around 8:30 AGAIN did not seem to be open, what time do you open???
