  I was told my copy and bind project would be done in 2 days and they would call me. No quote. No deposit. About 2 hrs later I received a call stating payment in full was required before the work would be done. I asked for a quote, JERRY said he’d call me back. When he called back with the quote, I said I couldn’t work with that and to cancel it. He said he’d already done two of the three books so I’d have to pay for them. When I picked up my project a few days later, there were 3 plastic bags of loose paper, my original and 2 copies. Nothing bound and the copies were crooked! I had to take them somewhere else to be bound AND get straight, quality copies. $200 for crooked copies, no binding and RUDE treatment!

  They don’t offer notary services on the weekend, you must make an appointment online, and the times aren’t convenient for working people. They should just bull and void that service completely.

  I frequent this location bc we live so far out and Amazon is hit or miss. The staff has always been very polite and efficient, even when there are numerous people in line. I trust them with any of my packages that can’t make it to my doorstep. Keep up the great work and positive attitudes.
