- RSRadiantBeauty SBMay 28, 20261.0Put in a REQUEST the ladies in this matter had top tier understanding. Unfortunately i had a Horrible experience with the return call over the phone, so The male worker that answered the phone was very unprofessional laughing and talking over me saying I didn’t put a return address when it was an order from somewhere that was SOLD OUT After I investigated myself. The package email was saying still with the distribution center so I was concerned. He never gave me a chance to speak I was simply just needing help ((understanding)) why the package was still in another city for so long. Sometimes if we listen and hear others out things can be a lot clearer. I know reviews get looked over and go in one ear and out the other but my experience was very unsatisfactory.
