- GGGK1 day ago2.0Very disappointing experience. The manager/carrier, Greg, was rude, dismissive, and not helpful while I was trying to resolve an issue with missing packages and a faulty parcel locker key. I expected much better customer service and communication from USPS.

That has to be the nicest person that I have ever had work a post office counter. She is super friendly and very, very helpful.
