- KIKailey IngramJul 3, 20261.0I had a passport appt at 1:00 until 1:45 as it was for my 3 children. I was met by Lynn who looked at my applications and told me she could not take them as the spacing was off by a few millimeters although nothing was cut off it just printed lower on the page. She told me all 3 applications needed to be redone and because her co-worker needed to go to lunch we had to come back another day. I am not sure how we had appts during their "lunch" time but I felt she intentionally found something to get out of processing their applications as she wouldn't even consider only processing one. I used the same form and format with my passport in my home town before we relocated and had no issues. It is sad that people are using the USPS by getting paid while finding ways to get out of doing work.

- SSStephanieJun 15, 20262.0When someone pays for mail. To be sent to your address you should be able to see the sender..priority mail with tracking was delivered to neighbora thank God my neighbor was nice enough to bring it to me or I wouldnt have received my court papsrs.

Have your photo taken somewhere else!! They also don’t do assist with passport renewals. The hours are from 10am til 11am. Could not pay me to revisit. Taking my business to another post office.
