I went to a drop box in Elk River MN, and it was so full, mail was coming out. I stopped at the post office and all they said was, bnb oh, that one fills up quickly. I bet it wasn't emptied in days. I handed her my mail and she made it seem like it was making her work. If you don't like your job, QUIT!!! Tou make good money for doing nothing!!!

- BBBDec 11, 20194.0They are always friendly and smiling. I wouldn't change our normal driver for anything- he's fantastic! We've run into a couple delivery issues during winter season but it's only with new drivers or those filling in. Today they fixed a problem with a package I needed for a birthday party (the new driver said the house wasn't accessible which wasn't true. Once they were made aware of the problem and the ASAP need for my package, they did all they could to get me the package and the problem was solved). For those getting Sunday packages, Sunday packages comes out of the Elk River location, not the Zimmerman location.
- KUKatie UllerengMar 8, 20191.0Will not deliver a package because of snow although our driveway was plowed. Did not get mail for multiple days in a row even though delivery digest said I should be expecting multiple pieces of mail. Went to the post office to pick up the mail that wasn’t delivered and they said it wasn’t there. Disorganized and I STILL havent received a package that was scheduled to be delivered a week ago. Attempted delivery twice with no updates to tracking in 5 days and when I try to pick it up at the post office their excuse is “it’s out for delivery”. Completely pathetic excuse for something we NEED and cannot get our hands on no matter how hard we try.
