- TTTabitha TimmJul 15, 20261.0Absolutely horrible. I would give them zero stars if I could. They have bad customer services, if they are there at all. Always with a bad attitude. Then they think its ok to make decisions on whether or not to hold your mail based on what the neighbors tell them! Completely in shock with the unprofessionalism demonstrated. I can't even trust if any of mail will ever make it to me now. Why did I even bother changing my address if they aren't going to follow it. Extremely upset.
