- TDTabitha DiazJul 15, 20261.0Absolutely horrible. I would give them zero stars if I could. They have bad customer services, if they are there at all. Always with a bad attitude. Then they think its ok to make decisions on whether or not to hold your mail based on what the neighbors tell them! Completely in shock with the unprofessionalism demonstrated. I can't even trust if any of mail will ever make it to me now. Why did I even bother changing my address if they aren't going to follow it. Extremely upset.
- JDJan DonahueJan 20, 20241.0I track my USPS packages online. We pay for a post office box. The USPS tracking website states our package is ready for pick up in Windom. I arrive at the post office and I'm told the package isn't there. I've been told packages aren't sorted so I have to pick it up the next day. This has happened several times. If it's a Saturday you can pick it up on Monday. Yesterday, the Postmaster argued with my husband because he didn't have one of their yellow, recycled, hand-written slips to pick up our package. She accused him of keeping the yellow slip. She stated that he had to have a yellow slip or otherwise he wouldn't know the package was there. She checked our PO box to make sure he wasn't hoarding the yellow slips. Why would we steal their useless yellow package notices? Someone needs to inform the Postmaster that there is a USPS tracking website to track packages. Unreal! Once upon a time, post office customers were valued and treated with respect. Now, we are treated like we are bothering them to receive our mail and packages. Almost all of our long-term, customer friendly postal employees have left to work at other post offices. That has happened after the current Postmaster arrived in Windom. Please send us a customer and employee friendly Postmaster to work in Windom. We are begging for better service and respect.
