  Dropped off a clothing rental package on Thursday 6/25. There was a line so the associate advised to just leave it at the counter if I didn't need anything else so I did. As of today 6/29 my package is nowhere to be found in the UPS system and hasn't been received by the clothing rental company. I called the location and attempted to understand if it could still just be at the store or perhaps gotten on a truck without being scanned and the associate was extremely condescending and dismissive with my questions suggesting its on the clothing rental company to track down since they issued the return label. An insane suggestion because they, like me, are also wondering where the package is. Hindsight is 20/20 and I should have stayed and waited for a receipt despite the recommendation of the associate but to think I can't trust that this UPS location will responsibly handle my business is deeply frustrating.

  They charge $4 to print ONE page. Then the Indian guy behind the counter lied to me when I inquired about it and said he doesn’t determine the prices, it’s the company.

  This location in WBL is always busy, but the workers are friendly and get you through the line quickly. Easy and free parking available.

  Great place to get documents notarized. The staff is very efficient and Nicholas in particular was very helpful and friendly. This will be the place I get documents notarized from now on!

  Worst experience ever… PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Went in there to get a label for Amazon return and had to wait 15-20 mins with failed attempts of nothing showing for the label… this never ever happen before at my other UPS store. don’t know why they gonna not fix their shitty printer or pc.
