I’ve had repeated negative experiences with Cody at this UPS location. Nearly every time I come in, he immediately tells me my packages aren’t to be delivered here without first checking the address or the customer’s P.O. Box. Once he actually checks, the packages are often in the right place.
His attitude comes across as rude and dismissive, and instead of trying to help, he makes what should be a simple delivery unnecessarily difficult. As someone who comes here regularly for work, I expect basic professionalism and courteous customer service. I hope management addresses this.
UPDATE:
I respectfully disagree with your response. This wasn’t an isolated incident it’s been a repeated pattern with Cody. I have delivered to this location many times, and the issue has never been the process. The issue is the way he speaks to people. I’ve personally witnessed him speaking to other customers in an unprofessional and unpleasant manner as well. As a FedEx driver, I’m on a timed route and have dozens of deliveries to complete. Waiting in line behind multiple retail customers every time to deliver a package that is routinely delivered to your store isn’t always practical. Every business has procedures, and I respect that, but professionalism and courtesy should still be expected.
My review reflects my genuine experience over multiple interactions, not just the one you described. I stand by what I wrote and hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve customer and driver interactions.

I went in there about 20 minutes ago to open up a business po box. When i got up to the worker, i told them what i needed. They then told me the cant right now and to come back when they were not busy. The worker whop said that looked stressed, rushed, and not at all in a good mood. I know you may be busy but I dont think being rude is called for. I am NOT going back to this location EVER!

Apparently packages WITH LABELS ON THEM was suggested to be dropped off after 9:30. Look dude, it was 15 packages with labels on them already. Not the customers problem that you cant work under pressure.

5/22/26 at 2:10ish employee on the sales floor helping scan customers packages or whatever they need. When it was my turn I said that I have two packages here that needs to be returned he instantly grabbed one of the packages and told me he'll be back to scan the other package and I said sir he instantly replied with I'll be right back when he came back to grab the other package he gave me the tracker sticker and proceeded try and scan the same QR code he asked we're both packages suppose to be together I responded YES, I WAS TR. him quickly putting the other package in the same box he came back and said Next, time tell me both packages is suppose to be together. I WAS TRYING TOOO! HE IRRITATED ME SO BAD BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET ASK FOR A MANGER AND EXPLAIN HOW HE CUT ME OFF, was working way to fast and rude. I'm gonna go back and get his name because he's still bothering me lol
