- JMJake MeyerAug 18, 20261.0Went there to return some Amazon package and they wanted to charge me for tape to fix a box that was delivered by them in that condition and was never even opened. I understand they can supply tape for everyone or everything, but when the box was delivered damaged by them ans is being returned unopend they should step it up. All other UPS stores I have gone to have never had a problem with a few feet of tape. I understand they migjt not make much on Amazon returns but they do make money on them or they would not take them. Disappointing customer service.
