  Went in my first time, I’ve never been to a fedex office before and was going to ship something out but never have done it before. I let that staff know that I’ve never done this before and asked how the process worked. An older front desk woman didn’t bother to greet, was rude and had a negative attitude.. didn’t smile once—they just opened weren’t busy and there was no line and only one other customer inside so I have no idea why she seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. I tried to ask her questions but she was very dismissive and acted as if I didn’t try to interact with her. My questions were NOT answered and my concerns were ignored. I’m very upset that this was my first experience at FedEx, I wish a better employee would be presented at the front desk because I did not feel welcomed here at all, I tried to smile and be polite but that energy was not returned back. She then proceeded to tell me to wait in a very horrible tone, even though I had not said a word to her after realizing she would not talk to me. To this FedEx location, please place people in the front with excellent and positive customer service representatives, this was a bad experience and made me not want to come here again. And to the employee at the front desk, please learn mannerisms as you work in customer service as well as I did not ask for you to go above and beyond your role, I only was there for my shipping label to be printed.

  I go to they are always consistent, reliable very helpful and the store is always looking immaculately clean.

  Awesome staff 👏 👍🏼 👌 😎 🙌 always welcomes me and kindly help around others, motivated and profesionals... I just wish they open from 8am to 9pm lol 🤗

  Quick place for Amazon returns. I used to go Kohls but you have to trapse through the entire store and stand in line.
