Needed packages shipped missed the close at our local by literally 2 minutes. 15 minutes later was walking into Wayzata and less than 5 minutes after that three packages posted paid and shipped. Thanks William and USPS for quick efficient service.

I explained clearly that I need to buy a self-addressed envelope so I can give it to a sender, and then they can mail my document back to me. He was getting frustrated and asking me what document, which place and what for etc. He was basically acting like a toddler throwing tantrum and speaking under his breath saying it was a horrible day. I asked him why he is acting that way, he said I am not providing him all the details which he doesn’t have to know to just sell me an envelope. Also, in the past when I brought all the necessary documents and IDs to confirm the address change request, he didn’t confirm it on his end, declined my request and told me to change my address with the potential senders. Well, I already did that but I still can change my address with USPS to not miss any other mails. People there are just rude, unprofessional and unpleasant.
