  I went in after 7 PM to ship something. I had two major questions about how to ship it and thought the entire experience would take five minutes. Instead, the employees eventually told me that they did not understand how to deal with my problem and told me to come back another day. The one that was helping me said he didn’t know how to do anything and the other employee did not speak a word the entire time despite seeing that he was confused. This is pretty precisely the opposite of a good customer experience. So the next day I went to a different UPS store and had absolutely no problem, in and out in five minutes. I can’t tell if this is general incompetence or if they just have the B team staying to close. Either way I would avoid this particular UPS store since they seem to have some employee training problems.

  The least helpful group of people I have ever met in one of these facilities. They will do absolutely nothing above the bare minimum. I’m not helpless. I run a business. I know how to ship, but this group of people will not miss an opportunity to charge you for a piece of tape should you need it or to apply a label. Absolutely horrible.

  I have successfully shipped items from this small store. Other offerings such as Notary services are not acceptable. The notary did not show up for the appointment and I will use my bank next time.

  Terrible location go elsewhere! They dont like to help people and stole a package recently from me after dropping off

  This UPS location will charge you a receiving/storage fee if you redirect your package here without a UPS Access Point status. Not all UPS stores do this, this store said pay or we will return the shipment to sender.
