- DMD M2 days ago1.0The amount of cologne in the air at this location is astounding. You can smell it from the parking lot. My wife could smell it on my breath when I got back home! I tried my best to breath as little as possible while waiting 15-20 minutes for my package to get shipped. When people walked in the front door, they all recoiled like they'd hit an invisible wall! I had an instant headache that lasted all night. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!!!

Spent over $200 going to various other places, and still no one could help. Took a chance just and called UPS Waconia expecting them to turn me down or I waste more money, but Hammad answered. The guy was an Absolutely LIFE SAVER!! So kind. Allowed me to send my files to him and he resized my file so that I could finally print my booklet. I know he didn’t have to do it and I know it’s not apart of his job description, but it’s the fact he went above and beyond prior to even knowing the hassle I went through, that makes the experience even better. Very kind and courageous. Absolutely COULD NOT go without leaving a review. It was my pleasure. He was really a blessing for me.

The men who work there seem to hate women, because I see a consistency in how they treat men verses women. The man ahead of me was treated with friendliness; as soon as I approached the friendliness and smile were gone, he wouldn't look me in the eye and seemed very irritated with me. I noticed this with how treated another woman too. (Long line, I had lots of opportunities to observe.) I don't like feeling like an idiot every time I go to this store and will go the extra miles to go somewhere else.
