Arrive to the store dealt with the store manager who has very low customer service skills left me waiting for over 10 minutes. Left the store then called the store an hour later to be told that my order won’t be ready until tomorrow. After explaining what I was told She replied rudely I can only tell you what my emails say. No apology. Would have been nice to have received an email or call. Only reason I placed the order was because I was assured I would have it in time for my work event.

They could not manage to take photos nor print them properly, and insisted we'd have to come back in an hour or more to redo it all. This isn't easy with a small child and it wasted a huge amount of time. Don't make the same mistake I did.
