The paperwork was simple and easy enough to go through on my house closing. However due to some mistake, two days after closing I get a call asking for $1000 that they didn’t get right on their paperwork which is missing from my seller agents commission. Now any place I’ve ever worked no matter how big the mistake, it gets dealt with professionally. Can’t say I’ve ever sold something, or quoted something, and because I didn’t get the right amount tried to call the customer to get more money out of them. I’ve had to honor quotes where we lost money on the sale because that’s what a professional does. Instead I’m being asked to cover their mistake, which is incredibly unprofessional especially considering the money flowing out of every home closing that goes through them. Never again. Use anyone else. Do it yourself. Go to another city to do it. You shouldn’t be getting calls days after closing telling you about the money that’s missing and mistakes they’ve made or people they didn’t get the money to. My agent was great, we just mistakenly used this title company and they messed up big time.
