- SASHAFEE AHMEDJul 11, 20261.0This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The cashier was extremely rude, unprofessional, and acted like he didn’t want to do his job. Instead of being helpful, he had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in and made me feel like I was bothering him. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, especially at a business that deals with people all day. I will not be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they improve their staff’s attitude and professionalism.

A lot of the negative reviews are just people being ridiculous. Yes, it costs money for them to print a label for you. This is how they make money. Why would this be a free service? People are entitled and ridiculous. If you have a problem paying a measly 7-8 dollars for a convenience service I think you have bigger fish to fry than whine on Google.
