A lot of the negative reviews are just people being ridiculous. Yes, it costs money for them to print a label for you. This is how they make money. Why would this be a free service? People are entitled and ridiculous. If you have a problem paying a measly 7-8 dollars for a convenience service I think you have bigger fish to fry than whine on Google.

It is after the end of the day and no package and I find out it hasn't even left the state yet! They ruined so much for a family. I cant believe this place can exist!
