- JEJan EricksonFeb 13, 20261.0Someone has sticky fingers at this post office. December 2025 a discover bill was mailed INSIDE the Shameful. The drop box. It never made it to discover. The bank statement a few weeks later shows THAT check "washed " and re-written for $6,665.25 to a Clark Bush. One month later a Visa bill never made it to Chase. Same mailing method in the lobby slot. The ONLY way we mail things. We were able to stop payment on that check. I wouldn't trust anyone or anything going out of the savage post office. Shameful.
- CCC CJan 3, 20201.0I live in Burnsville, MN. My package never arrived so I submitted a claim. I then get notified that my package is being held at the Savage, MN post office at the "customer's request" which I never requested. I get to the Savage post office and was told that this location doesn't hold packages for people and that the USPS site may say that my package is at this location but it is really at the Burnsville, MN post office and would have to go there.... Are you kidding me!? The employee working was nice.. but it was the most bizarre and annoying thing.
