Place is a joke. Want me to pay them because they keep trying to deliver my daughters packages to the wrong address. Hire some people who can read names maybe. These people literally admitted to my face it was a post office mistake and still wanted to charge me to pick up the package due to "policy".

I waited in line for 3 minutes for the person ahead of me to finish his postal needs with the employee Linda. Then it was my time next I had a few questions because I never sent a siginture return before. I asked
Linda a question about address information but she ignored my question just said cash or charge. I was almost done filling out the information and she said Iam going to suspend your trans action because their three people behind you waiting. Now I have just waited For my turn never complained only have spent 2 minutes with Linda she felt it was taking to long and other people were more important then me. I don’t know who she thinks she is but let me tell you Linda your customer service sucks and yes Iam just as important as the people behind me we are equal. So Linda in my personal opinion your pushy, rude person. Your the exact person that everybody thinks of when your dealing with a federal employee.
Have a nice day!
Ps Iam happy I don’t have to come to the Sartell’s post office very often.

Service is always spectacular. The building layout is horrible! Go to another post office if you have a baby along. I almost got ran over while walking back to the parking lot, while pushing a stroller! There is no handicapped button to operate the already narrow door (and obviously this must be very limiting for people with more than a stroller)
